Frederika Shulman, PhD (ABD), is a contemporary visual artist based in Montreal, Canada. She creates original fine art and special commissions in both watercolour and mixed media.
Frederika’s art is imbued with themes of love, kindness, gratitude and empowerment that inform her work and artistic practice. These constructs are beautifully articulated in her majestic female figures, symbolic iconography, illustrated words and Judaic imagery. Frederika’s paintings are visual narratives and meditations inspired by the power of love and colour.
Frederika’s work has been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions throughout North American and appeared in publications. Her work can be found in private collections around the world.
Frederika’s discipline is grounded by her extensive academic training. She has attained her M.A. and PhD Candidacy.
