“Love and Kindness,” “Dream,” and “Create” are 3 details from the “Tikkun Olam: Acts of Kindness” Mural. This mural is an ongoing special project centred in the themes of kindness and creativity. This project was created to harmonize within this unique environment, designed as a respite from the chaos of school life where students can pause and breathe. Here, uplifting words of inspiration are nestled in the Tree of Life painting, across several walls. It is in this space that students can contemplate such concepts as creating, being kind, treasuring their friendships, sharing, play and laughter in three different languages: English, French and Hebrew. As a special initiative, selected students are invited to participate in its design, as they explore their creativity.
